COUNTY MEET VOLUNTEER ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTIONS
(other than those in normal dual or tri-meets)
Heat sheet sales/t-shirt table: Sell heat sheets and hand out t-shirts that have been pre-ordered and already paid for.
Hospitality: Keep hospitality room picked up and stocked; handle lunch distribution; make water runs to meet workers; keep water iced down in hospitality room and on the deck. Hospitality workers for the final session of the meet will pack up leftover food, empty coolers on deck, etc.
Meet Marshall: Monitor the pool; keep parents, swimmers, etc. away from restricted areas; keep swimmers off poolside, etc.
Announcer: Announce upcoming events (this is not the starter)
Volunteer Table Worker: Help sign in volunteers and provide direction on where they are supposed to be at what time for officials’ meetings, etc.
Championship Meet workers come from all WCSL teams. Each team is assigned specific positions to fill for each session of the meet. Meet workers need to report to the checkin table in the ISC lobby no later than the following times:
7 &8 year olds --

13/14 & 15-18 year olds --
11 & 12 year olds --
6 & unders --
